Change in times for Feb 12 and 13

We are so sorry to do this, but choreography took much longer yesterday than anticipated and we are hoping that by going until 6pm Feb 12 and 13 we will be able to catch up.  We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.  The kids are doing a great job and the show is going to be fantastic!


There is no rehearsal Friday or Monday and next week will probably go until 7pm.  We will let you know for sure by the weekend.

Must be off book whenever we are ready to work on a song.  You may bring your book on stage to
write down blocking.  But you shouldn’t need to look at it for words.

Hygiene – Make sure that you bring deodorant and use it.  You will be working hard and getting sweaty, be sure that you shower each night and wash your hair as other people will be doing your hair.

ITEMS NEEDED!!!!!!

We have lost a week of rehearsal time, but also time for making sets and props and getting items as well.  I am attaching a list of items that you might have laying around your home and could donate or let us borrow for the show.  We need the items brought in as soon as possible please if you have anything to donate.  We are also in need of bright and or primary paint/ preferably house paint that you might have leftover and don't know what to do with.  We have a large set to paint and I hate to have to buy a gallon of every color we need if anyone has any they would like to part with!!!  I also have several things that will need to be cut out of foam board with a jigsaw if any parent is willing to do this and has a saw they can bring.  The sooner we get these cut out, the sooner the kids can paint them.  We will begin working on all prop, set and costume pieces this week, so any parent that is available to come in and help please let me know what you can help with so I will have things ready to go.

I hope you all are ready to get back to work and have been practicing your parts.  We have a lot of work to do!   The snow has changed everything for us.  We will have full cast and tech crew all next week and will go until 5pm everyday in January.  We will post a new schedule soon.  See you Monday!!!

As we look toward the next few months, we wanted to give you an idea of what the schedule will look like.  Through the month of January rehearsals will usually conclude at 4:30.  Please pick up your student promptly.  In February, our times may need to adjust some depending on how the students pick up their parts. 

Students need to have homework available to work on when  not on stage.  There will be some days students are asked to be at rehearsal but will not be working on stage the entire time.
